This app is truly awesome and from my experience it is the best in that kind. Videos for every exercices, and so many different exercises are available with their description to perform them perfectly. You can keep track of your training and have brillant statistics done at the end of it.The only thing that I would recommend, when performing your own routine, it would be nice to be able to change exercices just for one training while you are doing your routine. This is because sometimes the machines or equipment you need is taken by someone else. Being able to quickly change one exercice without changing the routine for the next weeks would be the last bit that could be improved. Doing this, you guys would deserve 10 stars !!

Not sure where else to do this so I’m posting here.Once you complete a day, it would be very useful to be able to go back to edit reps/weights in case I made a mistake, when inputting the values.Secondly, I find it super useful to be able to see how many sets/reps/weights I did for a given exercise in the previous weeks. This would be particularly useful when I started exercise, on the workout view, as in there there’s no way to go back to previous weeks without exiting exercise.

I relied greatly on this app for about a year. Then one day it just won’t load. Just shows a grey screen. Tried restarting my phone. I also submitted a support request on their website. It has been more than a week and there is no response. Out of desperation, I deleted the app and installed it again. I can use the app now but all my workout history is gone. All my notes, log of weights used over the last year, all gone. Note there is no way of logging in. You have to sign up again and be it with email address or Apple account (these are the only options), you are treated as a new user. Use this app but certainly don’t rely on it as your training log. It’s sad since I just renewed my subscription prior to this.
