This game is the best free to play i've played so far. The game has a good campaign mode with old-school style of finding chests in dungeons, and really fun co-op missions. Buying cash in-game hardly makes it imbalanced as it is mostly for cosmetics or for expanding the inventory. Everyone needs to go through the same steps to get loot and levels, and the game feels pretty fair as it doesn't have a high emphasis on PVP as well.There's certainly the problems of having a small inventory, being unable to throw away a strongbox, and not having enough time to pick up the higher rarity items after missions. Perhaps the devs can look into auto-picking the better items first? Or try a pickup style similar to PUBG, Fortnite, etc. where players can choose to pick the items they want from a pop-up list? Hopefully, with time these issues will be resolved.Otherwise, this is a really great game and deserves all of the attention it can get.
Weapons gears have been downgraded

After the new update was installed, the display interface is amazing however I noticed the weapons and gears that we loot have all been lousy and below the power of what my character already has. Also the stores do not have higher gear than what my character has or it is ridiculously expensive and there are the ones which require gold currency which I do not have. It wasn’t like this before. Can you guys please let us have better loots so we can upgrade our characters and feel more engaged in the game? Appreciate if you guys can look into this and find a fix ASAP as I really love this game! Thanks heaps!

It's very addicting until about level 20 which is the maximum. Though u have daily missions, it gets repetitive and the facilities available to the player becomes boring though it was exciting at first. I would still recommend this game because I haven't seen such fluidity in a FREE rpg game. Cool weapon/Armour system, though it gets boring after a while, there's no denying that this game is awesome!

So recently I’ve logged back on SGL, with curiosity on what the new update has brought. Upon discovering that I was missing the Eidolon and Leonidas claimable gifts, I logged in a feedback report to customer service. I have to commend the speed at which the replies came in, with detailed questions and suggestions on what I could do to counter the situation. Following it up, the customer service managed to reach back and help provide the missing gear items, all within a week! Definitely shows that they care a lot about their players, and their game as well. Thank you for the satisfactory service, Madfinger games!
