I had played nearly 4 months for these game. Bought a lot of diamond packages & special bundles, recently I bought 3 times no diamonds given and the transaction went through from Apple iTunes. Send to support email they said I had received my gems and even said that if anything wrong called iTunes for refund. But unfortunately iTunes rejected and I had to pay for the 3 transaction without any gems or items collected. Feeling very disappointed and cheated by Game hive supports and greedy developers. I had even sent my attachment of the transactions to gamehive with prove and evidences. Deeply regretted that Game Hive don’t honour any compensation just money Suckers. :( Don’t play or else u will be a victim for this cheater and liar companies.
