hi there to all the blinks and other fandoms other than onces . i would like to bring this issue up . please note that there isn't any hate towards twice :)before the soba voting started , onces bought 300 million hearts just to vote ( note , BEFORE IT STARTED ) isnt this suppose to be fair ? if this isnt support to be fair , why did the app developer decided to stop the buying of hearts and friends function ?? wheres the fairness ?? all fandom worked hard to collect hearts by watching ads and everything so whats happening now ?? someone just bought 300 million hearts and we gonna let them win like this ?? im just a blink , i know all of you are gonna say that "blinks are toxic" and "oh they are just salty that twice is better than blackpink" do you actually think we care ?? im just hoping that all fandoms would take the initiative and report this to the app developet and remove the bought likes for the moment . i have evidence if you want too

This has been an issue that is around since the start of the year or when the first soba thing for 2020 happened. This was an issue that I faced after I wasted so much of my time watching the ads to gain hearts (I have accumulated over 1000 hearts) and ever since then it kept on saying advertisements not available. I thought it was because I didn’t use my hearts so the system didn’t allow me to gain more but even after using it it is still the same. Even after waiting for 1 hour it’s still the same. I know the developers have said it isn’t their fault because it’s the ad companies problem but I feel like as a developer you should inform the ad company about this issue if not fans are unable to gain more hearts.

Overall, the app is great. There are lots of rewards when we log in, community posts where we can post and get more rewards, and community chats where we can communicate with our co fans. However, I do not know if it’s my phone’s problem, but I’ve been getting the “advertisements are temporarily unavailable”, and it’s really frustrating as other people are able to watch the advertisements and get the reward but on the other hand, there’s me who can’t get as many rewards as others. Please fix this bug, I’ll really appreciate that, thank you.
