unable to open app due to crash after latest update. Please help to fix it.

Hi, I am sorry to hear you're having an issue. Unfortunately I am not sure why the app is crashing for you. This is not normal and we've actually have received very few crash reports so I can assure you this is not a common occurrence. When a Mac app crashes, it will create a crash report in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports. Can you please send that crash report to us at support@msevensoftware.com and put "Attention Ray" in the subject line?
