Not really a review but when I updated the app, I can’t even open it. Closed down automatically. But seems to work if u delete and than reinstall. Photos uploaded here and on pc will it look the same in terms of quality?

Poor quality photos and atrocious customer service

WARNING: DO NOT PRINT YOUR PHOTOS HERE! I recently ordered some photos from this company and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the prints. All of the photos arrived looking washed-out and some were even folded. When I reached out to their customer service team for assistance with a return or refund, I was met with atrocious service. The virtual chat was a complete disaster - I was met with silence as I requested to initiate a return/refund, and the chat ended due to inactivity. I have tried to reinitiate the chat a few times, but each time I was asked for all of the information again followed by the chat ending. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and very frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid using this company for photo printing.

Software is slow and hard to use.One of the worst quality maker you can get. There are defects and yet they still send the books out. So much for quality control! Will not make anymore photo books with them!Following up on their reply. Asked for pictures to show the defects and after sending them the pictures of the defects within the books, they replied with the protective statement that their return policy is 30days! Why can’t you check your photo book properly before sending to your customers??? Still very disappointed with your reply!

I complete upload 1st album and purchase, after 5 minutes upload 2nd album and purchase, but when check out forget to double check, then suddenly check 2nd album at project function actually no uploaded. Just duplicated 1st album only. After that immediately contact customer services reopen to me reupload, but this is not allow reopen to upload.Hello, this is your apps problem you know, no preview function when checkout, and apps error make album auto duplicate, and no refund or reopen upload? Fake me already print out? This process just 10 minutes only.
