Enjoyed Keep It Thoroughly
Mac User JW
KeepIt is a great product! I was considering EverNote, but had reservations about ongoing/monthly payments, and was attracted to Keep It's syncing with iCloud. It's system for organising information and documents is clear, user-friendly and intuitive for me. And so I've had no regrets!
Love using Keep It!

Recently started a new job and was looking for an application to help me manage the articles I would have to read. After trying a number of applications, I landed on Keep It and have not looked back since. I love the ability to tie articles to bundle, which are more flexible than folders (you can place one article in multiple bundles). Content search is fast and I love the fact that clicking on an article within the search results immediately brings you to the first hit of the search term. This was a key ask for me and Keep It was the first application I came across that had it.Only quibble I have is the relatively 'poor' annotation tools present. I think Keep It uses the default Mac/iOS annotation palette and that doesn't fit my needs. But I've gotten around it by using another application to annotate.Overall, a great application and one that I would strongly recommend.
- Fixed an issue where a summary could be shown in the list after an encrypted note or text file was viewed and edited.
- Improved the accuracy of progress shown when initially fetching shared items and folders from iCloud.
- Fixed an intermittent crash that could occur when entering Compact Mode.
- Fixed an issue finding items by their source URL.
- Fixed an issue getting text content for notes and rich text documents with attachments in the Shortcuts app.
- Improved the appearance of various menus on macOS 26.
