I love that I'm able to access my character remotely through the app but it really prevents a lot of afk activities from being done without being able to stream any audio via mobile data..It totally defeats the purpose of having the option of going mobile when you need a WiFi connection as places that has WiFi, you can just set up your laptop. Even though it might be costly for user's to stream the audio in terms of mobile data, I really hope the developers would at least give the option to toggle this feature on/off or perhaps exclude the background music.The log in page already streams the music fine, I don't see it needs to be excluded in game.
What a letdown

Runescape was my favorite childhood game. This app is nothing like that RuneScape. This is so badly made…. UI, complicated to use, and it is baffling how QA passes designs that have tiny buttons packed into a small space. Navigating interfaces is quite taxing at times.Combat, the core aspect of the game, is so so complicated, the most complicated combat system I’ve ever encountered in any MMORPG, and the clunkiness makes it really frustrating to adventure. You need a decently high iq to combat in this game, seriously.Lag is about 200ms++. C’mon it is insulting that you would launch an app on this side of the world and not provision local servers for players here. Show more respect, if not for the players, surely for your own product at least?

Touch sensitivity and response needs improvements, had to tap a few times before there were responses especially when looting or discarding items. Faced this issue on iPhone 11 Pro Max

Banned and items deleted for trading with friends

I have played this game for more than a decade and never had an issue with trading with my friends until now. My account was temporarily banned and money / items my friends traded to me were deleted. They won’t even read your appeal if you try to find out more or get help from them. Beware of this game as the recent management treats its customer base like garbage.
