The concept of the app might be alright but i felt it’s terms of payment and engagement is engineered to make it difficult to navigate and exit. I expected a service that caters to an older demographic to be more understanding and more transparent with its payment policies. I’m of course assuming that they know and have considered their clients to be of a generation that might be intimated by technology. I wish they showed more care here. Beware of auto renewal systems, lack of invoicing, and poor service response. So detail much is in the fine print, a slip up or a misread could cost you. Thus far, they have slapped me with passive aggressive legal jargon, with zero recourse or mitigation.For a company priding itself with the soft powers of love, in my opinion have been cold and void of care for its clients.

For anyone thinking of signing up on this dating app, DON’T!! This app is not a dating app. It’s phishing app and you will pay up to almost USD$100 to surrender your data. Fine prints are deliberately hidden so that users are not aware. They know their app is Sh*** so they’re not trying to find you a match. They can’t cos they’re not here to do that. They’re here to rob many users of $100 each you. When users complain, they will only say “please write to our phantom customer service dept to cancel”… bla bla bla. There’s no company behind this. Just a few people robbing and cheating. Change your credit cards after you have used them with this app.
