Update from my previous review! The developer managed to find my account and I managed to access it via google but I really hope there will be no need for a third party login in future versions so I can have the password saved. The response was pretty fast the minute I reached out to developers through the App store. The support team never got back to me. Need some work on that though. But they made it up to me by giving me the coupons I lost in the 5 days I couldn’t log in. This is still my favourite webtoon app so I’m so happy to get back in to read my subscriptions! Yay! Oh yes...please work on the issue where when a chapter has been unlocked, we need not use another coupon to unlock it as sometimes it happens to me by accident when I click on recent manga and then it opens the last chapter I read instead of going to the info page so I can get to the next chapter. Sometimes the time gap in btw updates is so long, I forgot the story line so I’d have to use a coupon again to open it. Other apps don’t have this issue. Might want to work on it. Previously: I had accidentally logged out of my account and could not login because I forgot my password and could not reset it for the life of me. It keeps prompting me to log in with my Facebook account which I did not use to register the account. When I use FB to log in, it’s a brand new account. I contacted support to reset my password but no one got back to me. I have lost access to my library, points, coupons, followed authors and translators and check in access. I want my account back! Can someone get back to me!

If your reading and you go on the the next episode there will be adds (somtimes) and once your done reading you exit the story adds will appear (more common)also you leave the app to do something and come back adds but other then the adds there are amazing people and stories on the app
