Been playing for quite a while and I like it cause I like the manga. Not all characters use the skills they do in the manga so I’m a little sad about that. Probably cause it be hard to make it balanced. But how do I increase my inventory slots? I reached max according to the system but I see so many empty spaces? Can we add that function where u can see the number of slots left and just click plus to increase? It be so much easier to understand

Very pay-2-win game. However even after payment was done, an error occurred on their end and my in-game crystals were not credited to my account. Instead, they asked me to write in to apple store to rectify their own mistakes. Very bad customer service. I highly recommend not to top up the bigger values as those are the ones that gets buggy and causes a lot of hassle later on to rectify. So after all that, Even if you just want to collect characters just cos you like the manga, they make too many new characters too quickly, and these characters are only available for 1 week at most. So even if you wanna get them at a later time, it’s not possible anymore as they are limited edition characters. Too focused on making new characters just to earn easy money, so gameplay has hardly improved. A pity as it has so much more potential to be an awesome tribute and continuation to the manga.

I seldom wrote bad review for a game, I enjoyed this game a lot and even willing to top up for this game, yet I did not get the package for the weekly package as I purchased before, it prompt me to key my card details again, after keying the in game shown Successfully Purchased, yet I did not get the package, told developer on this, yet they just read the message without replying for a few days, then just reply me with ask for refund from itune. After asking if I should try again the purchase or any other solutions, they just read and not replying, I got to ask around for solution. So I’m not able to Top up directly through the game since they are not solving the issue too. Not going to waste anymore money on this game.

I’ll keep it short. I encountered some issues in the game (also, the game instructions aren’t that clear) and tried reaching and asking their Customer Support (CS) as well as the Developers of this game. They didn’t answer and deleted my Facebook comment. Game with potential, but very very very bad attitude of Developers + Customer Service which will ruin potential players’ experience when encountering these issues as they didn’t even bother to reply but just read it and ignore you only (e.g. unclear instructions and get you kicked out of your own Association/guild/clan many times, recharge problems etc -> read but no reply worst comes to worst, delete your post/comments and treat like it never happen at all)!
