Turn phone touchscreen control in handheld control

I tried playing games Last of Us, Genshin impact pretty fun. For FPS game like Far Cry the control is kind of weird to aim. Overall I glad that I purchase the backbone controller at discount amazon price!Need to have good network connection in PS remote play so there is no lag while playing on my Iphone 13 Pro max.When playing games on the PS remote play it doesnt show fullscreen I prefer black Xbox version of backbone than the white Playstation version.
Controller Malfunction/Disable on CODM?

I have encountered after the recent updates to Backbone and CODM. These issues are affecting my overall experience and usability of the system.I have encountered a malfunction in the controller buttons specifically while playing Call of Duty: Mobile (CODM). Post-update, the controller buttons are unresponsive, adversely affecting my gaming experience. As a dedicated user, this has become a major inconvenience and diminishes the overall enjoyment of using BACKBONE controller.The controller malfunction/Disable on CODM are fundamental aspects that significantly impact the functionality and satisfaction of the BACKBONE.
For the price paid for the controller the app should be included

Feel like the app shouldn’t be charged, or at least not on a subscription basis, for the price of the controller I feel like the app should be free of charge
Accessory Not Supported Error

Always have this error message “Accessory Not Supported”. At first I enjoy this Backbone Controller but overtime, I always get this error message and my controller is getting disconnected in the middle of the game. It’s annoying and becomes a useless controller everytime I play always gets disconnected.
