It’s been over a decade since the original Hipstamatic turned the iPhone into a vintage camera. The all-new Hipstamatic X adds even more old-school lenses, cameras, and film to the mix.
Really fun and filled with potential

Really nice app and fun to play with. Two points to note that can be great if implemented. The Stack does not count images removed from the camera roll as shots taken in the scenario you might have backed them up, do for example yesterday’s shots, which have been removed or stored out if the phone are removed as points zig not in the roll. Hopefully, this gets rectified as it is much mire common fir people to back up and remove to save space. Secondly, more special filters would be great. There’s a lot of fun here and I believe more experimental and clean lenses and films would be good. I love shuffling this and discovering so much and as stated, there’s so much more when it comes to creativity.

Why do I have to subscribe as a member when I have already purchased all the gear and now have to pay monthly/yearly subscription to have access to the very thing I’ve already paid for? Over the years, myself and many others have supported the app, bought the gear we liked and now you flip the script and force us to subscribe to use gear we already paid for. Very very disappointed. Will not be recommending to anyone. Sleazy move. If I could give zero stars, that is what you’d get.
