Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your App Store account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. A good guide

Its a good guide to optimise when you are at peak levels of energy and when your body is at its lowest which takes away the guilt one feels of being tired in thecday. Its normal for your body! Some good hints. I followed them and i feel calmer in the day knowing my energy levels and make more if a point to prepare for sleep. Its not a miracle cure , which i think is why there are a few poor reports. Serious long term sleep deprivation requires professional treatment, but following the guidelines will help in getting better sleep habits and understanding ines cyclical rhythms

I was impressed during its trial version. Blowned away by the idea of setting things like habits and energy level throughout the day, so much so that I recommend it to my family and friends to give it a try. Later, I even bought the paid version only to see how inconsistent the app is. Lagginess of the app causes a slow down in my morning routine. I do better by kicking up strong. But waiting for this to load brought the start to a total slow down. Having a new work schedule, I was hoping this could have helped to track and ease into my non 12noon-9pm job. But this app showed no understanding for different circadian rhythms. Only suitable for morning risers with 9-5s. Glitches like missing sleep hours and simply wrong timings means I had to go back in and readjust each day. The adjusting interface only allows you to see about an hr ahead. If you want to refer to the sound indicator, you will have to slide and wait for load, slide and wait, slide and wait. I’ll recommend you to consider the hassle of adjusting the record on a daily and consider if your work lifestyle is 9-5. It’s sad to see the potential but poor delivery.. :/ If I ever get contacted, I’ll update this review and let you know directly. Late June 2022 Update: I’ve reached out to them via email provided below but yet to receive any response from them thus far.

Accurately reflects energy levels

I have been a user for a couple of years, and while not obsessively checking my data there is a definitive correlation when I have high sleep debt and feel it in my body/focus, and when I’m nearer to zero hours owed and feeling good. My one wish would be a sleep debt reset option, as I just had a period of inaccurate tracking while being offline and now the data thinks I owe more than I likely do.
