I’ve been using weverse since they started and tbh it has been great!! Really got to connect with the artist! Swift and smooth transaction with in app purchases as well as reviewing my infos, posting and purchases. The setback is probably after a post from an artist, due to high audience the app can’t load, both the translation and (sometimes) the post. But overall, heads up to BigHit for this app since we could interact with the members more carefree! Keep the great work! 💜
Please Fix and Improve What You Already ‘Have’ First

This app does not deserve a 4.5 rating, at best probably a 2.5 out of 5. I may not be an IT expert but I don’t think it takes a tech genius to figure out that this app is frustrating. There is a boring element as well but if you could just focus on fixing the features you already have I think that ‘boringness’ can be set aside. Yes, thank you for recruiting and inviting artists, and somewhat providing a platform for us fans to engage with them directly through the app, for free, but know that that only reason people are on this app mostly is because of them, the artists, and not objectively because of how ‘good’ the app actually is. When I press a ‘notification’ on my tablet I expect to be directed straight to the post highlighted in that notification, but instead I get directed to the general home page and I have to manually go to the post instead. When I press a notification to see a reply in a post I expect to be able to be directed straight to that reply, rather than just arriving at the post and needing to scroll through hundreds to look for that one reply (yes, I am talking about replies from users, not replies from the artists). I guess I can understand why ‘user traffic’ may even effect some functionalities and lagging, but honestly, you are already housing what some may say is the current ‘biggest fandom’ in the world for this app, shouldn’t you expect that some of these technical problems can occur and cause certain risks because of such big activities? And yet you have the guts to keep adding in more artists when you haven’t even improve some small things that if they were fixed it could detrimentally help you go further. Focus more on improving the quality of your app rather than keep adding ‘new’ elements to it

Been using it since the starting, all the upgrades are great. Grateful to the dev team for all these enhancement but would appreaciate to consider some of the enhancements as below.. -when clicking the notification, it always navigate to the home page instead of the notification information.. -when changed app, and return to the app it always starts from the homepage instead of the page where we stopped and is kinda lag -The media tab for the ALL category to sort by the newest? -the category (butter, Bts run, etc..) to use a drop down list to select to have a much more cleaner and easier navigation. -a home button for the artist page, when viewing instead of going back to the main page. -when photos are zoom in. Slide down and it will close the photo view. The navigation when photo is selected is abit haywire. Still Weverse is considered quite user friendly and good UI to use 😊👍🏻
Notifications missing….

I have not been receiving most of the notifications of the communities I have joined for the past 3 weeks…. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, signing out and signing in again, both of the above a few times, Turning off my phone, turning off weverse notification off from my system setting, turning off all notification from weverse app and turning both on again. But all above attempts were deem useless…. I had notification maybe the 1st hour after i uninstall and reinstall but afterwards I don’t receive anything anymore…. I created another new account on another phone hoping that this problem don’t exist. But this problem was also faced by my other account. I had brought membership on my original account and having to create a second account just to try get notifications and using my original account to view is kinda frustrating.Weverse Team please look into this issue ASAP!! Thank you!!
