I came across this app, and aside from the free chart provided FOC, I’ve managed to find and easily connected with many highly experienced and skilled astrologers who have supported me in my self discovery and spiritual journey and growth. Easy to find and connect with astrologers as needed (and find the most suitable one). Also customer support is very prompt and helpful and I would say supportive so is a recommend for sure. They have slowly improved the UX but of course as per any platform room for improvement in terms of tracking credits used but customer support has been really good in supporting queries. I have used this app for past 2 years now, and appreciate what this app does for me

THIS NEBULA thing is lowkey trying to cheat customers money , they purposely put LOW prices for their readings but then secretly charge you more than what you paid for, they will then send you the email for the result you paid for and even an extra reading that you did not pay for to make it seem like you paid for it so they would not be at a loss, the support team even had the audacity to say that they will refund 50% of what was unknowingly taken even though you never authorised it !! They don't have a open line for customer team so therefore you have to DIG through to send a REQUEST letter for them to respond. They will then only process your refund because they are hoping you would forget about it and make sure it's a loss cost! They also make it hard to access the cancelations of subscription.So do look up the website thoroughly to cancel and then do search REFUND on the part where it says "asknebula 365" something like that. I have gotten back my refund and I am saying this to help anyone who got charged without permission.Hope this helps :)But I do hope that they do not do such things again to customers as it’s so deceiving , I would give props to their fast replies .

Really want to like this app. Like the daily readings but the customer service was down right disappointing.A minor in my home used my phone and chatted with a psychic (did not know the charged were so expensive!) She incurred a huge amount and nebula charges directly through Apple Pay and not through the App Store so there was nothing Apple could do. Please be aware of this. Got in touched with their customer service and was bounced around multiple people begging them for a refund only to be faced with “it is policy”. After almost 30 emails and having Terms and conditions and policies thrown at me, they offered credits. Even after I explained that credits is not going to feed my family and it was a minor who did this. Finally they agreed on a 50% refund however, the amount I received was hardly 50%. Severely disappointed. An app that is supposed to make your day and help you out they really lack compassion and empathy. Please be aware. It is so so horrible.
