Players will need to take on the law and battle other players to control the cities they reside in. Businesses will be up for grabs. Citizens seeking a better life will look to you as their savior. You will entice models and celebrities to join your life of crime with your dashing looks and mysterious charisma!
◎Lots of Thugs to Choose From◎
There are many different types of thugs within the game. Bruisers, Hitmen, Bikers and Mortar Cars are all at your disposal! Each type of thugs have their own stats. You will need to upgrade your loyal minions and choose the formations of your crews wisely. There will be times when you need to be aggressively offensive, times when you need to be overly defensive, and then there will be times when you need to have stealth on your side!
◎Tons of Faction Events◎
Once you have joined a Faction, you will be able to take part in numerous weekly and seasonal events. Want to take over the local government together? Want to clean up the streets of any unworthy punks who want to criticize your reign of terror? Stay tuned for various cool competitions!
◎Customizable Strategies◎
Every player will be able to develop their criminal empire differently. There are different skills, stats, characters and upgradable content within the game, which require your attention to strategy to individualize your army with fully-fledged mechanics.
◎Different Styles of Fighting◎
This game offers various types of battles. Sometimes you will need to choose your special characters to tackle harder opponents. At other times you will have to organize massive Crews to invade the turfs of other players.
◎Worldwide Online Tournaments◎
You won’t be alone in this pursuit to live a life of a Mafia Boss! You will compete with players from all over the world to reach the top of your criminal career. Will you join forces with them to form a Faction, or meddle in their operations to take them down? Who will become the next godfather? Your actions will determine your fate!
Subscription Rules:
1. Subscription Validity: 31 days (from the day of purchase until the 31st day at 11:59:59 p.m.).
2. Once subscribed, the following can be claimed daily: 500 Gold, 3-Hr Speed-Up*1, 1-Hr Speed-Up*3, 15-Min Speed-Up*7, 1-Min Speed-Up*15, 600K Diamonds*1, 1.5M Arms*1, 1.5M Cargo*1, 1.5M Metal*1, 500K Cash*3.
3. During the subscription period, you can enjoy the following features: an additional Construction Queue, a special Name Tag and Chat Bubble, double rewards from Mystery Crate, collectively complete Faction and Family Tasks, and collectively claim Daily Tasks.
4. New subscription fees will be automatically deducted once the subscription validity ends. If you wish to unsubscribe, you will need to do it manually.
5. Your iTunes account will be charged after you confirm your subscription.
6. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before your current subscription ends.
7. Your account will receive the purchase and price confirmation within 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period.
8. After subscribing, you can end the subscription service you purchased in your Account Settings.

I bought one gift pack, received the gift pack but was charged twice. The two invoices I received from Apple were numbered differently but in sequence. To confirm my purchase, I checked the following:1) my credit card bill2) Apple’s transaction historyBoth were recorded. Hence, sought refund for one of the purchases that I did not make using one of the invoices I received(since I have two invoices). Got a message from GM asking the reasons on my refund. I explained my situation to them. Even captured screenshots for them to see that I was charged twice. They did not accept it, told me to contact Apple and settle this to refund them. Then the next day, I was banned from entering the game. I sought Apple’s help to refund but they said this is a third-party issue and cannot settle within their means. And both sides are pushing their responsibilities to each other without trying to solve the problem by giving the customer(me) any help at all.I even sought the help of their chinese version GM but to no avail. None can help to check what happened when it was clearly not my fault. Apple stated that they cannot check if the Grand Mafia received the payment and the Grand Mafia said they did not receive any payment when there was another payment which I did not ask for a refund to date. Really frustrating when both ends did not have any proper customer support especially at this app developer’s end. Up till now both sides did not even respond to date…

MOST IMPORTANT- have better email notifications on purchases. Currently too vague (HOT PACK 2 etc) but so many sale items are called the same thing, with different price tags. This is a cause of concern and the reason i no longer purchase anything. TOo difficult to keep track if the charges are correct. And when i email to ask i get NO RESPONSE. Customer service is non existent or really incompetent.- Make the font sizes adjustable.- allow to go "Back" by touching anywhere on the screen, instead of having to always click the "X"- allow sounds to be more customizable, e.g., just want certain sounds like Raid alert, upgrade completion, etc., rather than blanket on/off sounds.
