This app works, but I was automatically charged for the HIGHEST TIER ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION instead of a monthly $3.99 as they advertised. I don't think this is ethical at all. I was rather disappointed that your company set the automatic renewal for the highest premium plan instead of the advertised, affordable, monthly plan. I liked the app, it ID'd a plant correctly for me, but I'm in the process of requesting a refund from Apple. If I need to ID another plant, I won't be using this app due to this company's shady business policies.

The app displays all prices both inside and on the App Store page, so you can see all subscription plans even before downloading the app. You can also use the app for free without any subscription.

I have been charged for this app which I thought would come with a free trial first. This app does not work at all in identifying plants or it simply has too limited library/ info stored. It is unable to identity the common caladium, Calathea plants I photographed and some others. I am terribly disappointed. Please don’t charge me for an app I can’t use! Appreciate a refund 😣

Wanted to try the app given that it provided a trial period, but ended unable to cancel this subscription as there was no button to cancel at all. Informed the app team to cancel but no response, and was charged instead. Very disappointing. Still trying to cancel my subscription
