I been waiting for few day send in how many feedback. Seems like nobody get back to me. I been spend over $1500 Singapore dollars to ply this game. So issues come out is ask for what I suppose to get my dice from the tournament when is finish I’m top 1. But didn’t get any thing out of it. It not the first time happen this. Always happen after I put in money … is it u don’t wan any of the player to spend money at the end get nothing. It really so so so disappointed. Last time happen this I feed back it take few day to get back to me. At the end not even giv me any extra dice , which I understand. But at least I should get back what I win right ??? How u wan me to keep putting money in at the end Hav to be treated Like a fool. I been invite lot of friends to play this game As I believe all I said u all can check. ..it truth. Don’t make me hav to boast all in social media if make me no choice.

Unable to play the game indicated as unable to connect to game server whereby there’s internet connection. Pls rectify the problem asap as it seems tt not only me unable to play as written in the other review as well

Bad customer service, game glitches.

Invited quite a few friends and family to join and play the game via my link. Some I did received the invite gift but there are a still quite a few that I didn’t, and I made sure to invite them during the friends mania event to get x2 of the gifts. Contacted their customer service bot via the app as well as emailed them with the link they sent. But up till now it’s been about a month and there’s no progress at all. Contacted their customer service again on the app again and follow up with the email I sent and no reply at all, totally ghosted me ever since they send one useless link…this is the worst customer service…

Actually Fun, BUT… A VERY UNFAIR GAME!

The developer is really, really unfair. The video quests and video mania are not available for me but always available for other ppl around me who also play. I did email for support but they did not reply me with a satisfactory answer, just got back to me saying that they will look into the issue (it was weeks ago!) It is annoying and frustrating but I still find myself playing it at times. Hope you will improve!
