Thank you for improving the app and listening to our feedback as we can now sort orders to the regions (west, east, central, etc), which is really really helpful to help us take more orders. Can do the same for notification (pop out)? so only the regions we select will pop up or show up with sound notification? is it possible for the notification sound volume to be adjustable? thank you

Most of the time, your side always ask for a feedback regarding about drivers etc. But when we gave that feedback to your side do your side take it as a consideration? You see, i gave a feedback once and suggest to give that filter function wether to see or not to see other vehicle jobs. Such like a van, let us have that filter wether to see mpv and car job. Whoever van drivers wants to see any of those other vehicle job let them see. For those that dont want to see let it be unmarked to not opt to see. And now its even bad. No filter for the east, west, north etc & also no filter for the now, later, tommorow etc and so now is all havoc from east side now can see jurong job even worse for next week job whatsoever. I mean whichever that is a good ones from the old app just put it to the new app & please have that function back using the touch click to get the job instead of slide to take the job. So please listen to our feedbacks cause its important. As much as we like working under lalamove, at least listen to our 10 cent feedback/suggestions. Cause we are on the ground trying to bring food for our family and also trying out best to promote lalamove as much as we can. So please look up on our suggestion. Thank you.

poorly designed app that works in the opposite way that hinders drivers experience. only driver support is a stupid chat box that requires you to communicate with the customer service via texts. How are we supposed to be chatting with the agents while driving and delivering things on time?????? Is Lalamove encouraging texting while driving???? No empathy from the customer service when drivers have to wait for restaurants but if the driver is late they are creative in their penalties and will even call you to check up on you. Once I waited 30mins for the customer service in vain but no one attended to me. The location filter was finally a useful function for once but the function was removed after one month. The app also has many bugs such as duplicated orders so if you’re unlucky your order will unfortunately be cancelled. Please think it through if you want to be Lalamove’s driver or you will have to be prepared to have a terrible experience!

Chat agents will take 20-60 mins to appear. During that, you have to stay on that chat and reply something every 3 mins, you can’t turn off your screen. Upon redirection to respective teams by them, no actions were taken. Had to make another request, going through this entire process again. Calling their hotlines is worse - right at the start of the call, they already apologise for their agents being unable to help. Waited for their call for weeks and when they finally did, I was unable to pick it up, and they are not calling back. When you download this app and register, they will mark you as “Online” and spam you notifications for new orders. All functions of the app are disabled, including the function to go offline, until you pay the security deposit.
