Watch out - internet scam!

Ordered and got a UK number for use on a 3 month project. Paid for number and SMS service only to be told I did not buy the sms service ! Even though it says “now you can use SMS” - contacted chat line but not helpfull - they told me all I could do was buy another number or there was nothing they could do! I will pass this to Apple as I will not approve the payment.

They are lots of numbers sold for social media which are not working. When asking support the response is that it is not related to app. Then question is why they sell under social messaging activation if they do not work and why they do not test them before putting them under this category for sale. It was waste of money and time for me.

I got charged but still unable to get my number. App is simply not intuitive and confusing. Asked for a refund on the in-app chat and was simply asked to contact Apple. I am not pleased at all with the app and the customer
