The Ants: Underground Kingdom is free to download. However, some items in the game are not free. Players must be at least 3 years old to download it, as defined in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Besides, devices should have access to network as this is an online game.
Not that bad of a game but many people are offline and in my server, every time I join an alliance, it tells me the alliance is offline! I wish the devs would make something where we can see which server has the most number of online players so we can migrate there. Please also make attack cooldown so after you get attacked, no one can attack you for 2 hours or so. Pay to win players are scouting me all the time and are so annoying bc of the duel of the queens being packed with p2w I can’t rank higher! Anyways game overall is great and does not consume much battery. I suggest this game if you are bored and have time.

Bad in game support

Paid for an in game contract which earns you a token to redeem for item in the store. In the past I was able to use the token even after the contract has ended. However, when I tried to use the token(which is bought with real money) to redeem for items, I couldn’t anymore. 1. I did not have this issue in the past. Thus I searched the patch history but nothing was mentioned of this change. 2. Why can’t I use the token which I bought with real money? 3. Customer service has trouble understanding simple english. I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times over just to get the same generic answer. The only reason I am staying in the game is because of the lovely alliance members. But with the decline (assuming if there was any in the first place) of the customer service, service recovery team, I am pushed to the edge of quitting. Expecting players to remain loyal and continuing to support the game, paying for it, when the customer service team doesn’t even understand service recovery, is laughable.

It’s a good game so far but seriously guys stop spamming me with the notifications! I only need 1 notification to tell me my ants are done building a nest, not 10! If I have 3 types of ants that finish hatching at the same time i get a whopping 30 notifications! Is that really necessary guys? Calm down and chill on the notifications. I appreciate 1, but 10 is just pure crazy.
New concept
There but not here yet
A new concept of strategy game. Instead of humans fighting war, forming alliances, here we have ants. Instead of famous generals, we have special species of ants. The best of all, we can learn different kinds of ants from this game. A small suggestion though. Maybe developer can add in an option to minimize the entire ant nest so that we can have an overall view of the ant kingdom. Watching the ants running around the entire underground kingdom will be fun!
