Best Rhythm Game

I’ve played many rhythm games in my life. Osu, Lanota, Muse Dash, Cytus 2, Pjsk, Arcaea, but none I’ve reliably kept coming back to like Rotaeno. It’s casual yet engaging, laid back yet challenging, it has fast loading times meaning I can just pull out my phone and start playing within a few seconds, and best of all a very relaxed time commitment. Events come back often enough, each event lasts for a really generous time, and the daily reward is just a double exp boost for one song. Since exp hardly matters on top of that, the daily reward doesn’t matter. I can go weeks without playing when I’m busy and still not feel like I’ve missed anything. Five-minute break? I can play at least one song without the loading time eating into half of that. I’ve been playing since launch, own every single DLC, and fully completed every event. And not once had I felt pressured to play or make time to play. The unobtrusive and yet absolutely engaging nature of this game reminds me of the arcade days. A game that’s fun and doesn’t cause any stress unlike most modern games. I love this game
