Give some key words for understanding the answer which is asked by me

I’m not sure if there had been any recent updates to the app. But usually before answering any question the chat would usually comment on things before giving me my answer or whatever that I’m searching on.However I recently just noticed that it stopped doing that, which made the whole AI chat system really cold and one sided. For lack of a better word, unfriendly. I understand that this app is to generate a response in terms of what I am asking it for. Be it on how to reply an email professionally or things like that. But I always have this feeling that I’m chatting with a friend that helping me out.But now, it’s just completely the opposite. Maybe this is a new update to get the chat to churn out answers that are straight to the point. Yet because of it, it seems as though this chat AI have lost its “human touch”. Please bring back the version where the chat AI seems to sympathize with you and your issues. I know it’s an AI. But the very big difference is that when it’s “friendlier”, it just feels like someone (most likely) your friend is having your back and you’re not doing this alone.However, now it’s just in the best way I could describe, cold, unfriendly and detached.

I bought premium access for a year, thinking I would get responses similar to those of the major AI platforms at a fraction of the cost. I was wrong.Firstly and most importantly, results appear "dumbed down". It gives limited responses compared to say ChatGPT. You can ask simple questions but when things become a bit more complex like coding, it's game over.Second, there's no support. I reached out to the support email multiple times over the course of 2 months and got 0 response, both inside and outside the app. So if you run into any issues, you're out of luck.Third, if you need to upload any file to a prompt, you're limited to 1 file per prompt. Need it to analyse several text or excel files? Sorry, after you attach one file, the upload option disappears.Fourth, their Mac app is just a simple web wrapper. This then also means you'll run into issues when you need to login. Because it sends you a login link via email, when you click the link, it opens your browser instead of the app, you can't get the app to recognize your login attempt. Furthermore, it often logs you out for no reason at all. It also is formatted weird (big buttons and text) since it just thinks it's a mobile app on desktop.There's also no way to rename chats so all chats just look like "Hi, how can I help you?" in your history making searching impossible. There's very limited web search so getting updated results is almost non existent. Comparing results from different LLM's is also hit and miss, as the results are pretty much identical no matter what LLM you choose (suspicious). It also runs out of tokens OFTEN. Like first search or the day: "Sorry, genie is currently experiencing overwhelming queries. Please try again later": I'm paying for premium! Shouldn't that prevent this??So long story short, had I known what I know now after testing, I wouldn't have bought premium. It's ok as a free ai chat tool, but not worth the upgrade.

Please allow for copying individual parts and sections of a response rather than having to copy the whole chunk of the response, when I only require a small section of it.
