You know what idm spending even i noted that this game is gold diggingBut why is a game so earning keep having issuesThere’s an weird error during christmas event for the polar bear event but it doesn’t affect my gameplay so never mind Right now after another round of grand update, I cant even vote for the competition and the customer service platform is limited where I dont really have one to report gameplay issuesPls improve omg you’re so much already why bother fixing the issues

the game itself has beautiful beautiful artwork and graphics, but to access them, players often need to spend money. as a f2p player (f2p means free-to-play) i was devastated at the amount of content that was exclusive to those who paid real money to access. a pretty big example is the 5-star and 4-star gachas. players get a total of 15 free pulls for every new gacha, but when the very same gacha returns as a flashback gacha, veteran players won’t receive the 15 free pulls. this is really disheartening and disappointed by when i myself experienced it for the first time. the game doesn’t reward veteran and f2p players, which is very disappointing. another infamous example is the gem track previously announced by SuitU. players before experiencing this gem track are quite used to another similar event called the coin track, where players spend coins to spin a wheel and get rewards in the form of tickets, which were used to exchange for clothing items (usually accessories). players were grateful for such events as coins are pretty easy to obtain and the accessories exchanged can help expand our wardrobes. when the gem track was announced players did not mind spending gems on it. some thought the cost of one spin would be around 20 or 25 gems each, which seemed like a reasonable charge to many players. but when the event arrived, each spin on the wheel was a whopping 75 gems! players were shocked at the steep price and low rewards (the pose awarded for collecting the full outfit from the gem track was a full body pose, but the quality of the pose and the clothing items was not up to standard for such a steep price). this resulted in SuitU being called out and boycotted for charging such a steep price for the gem track event. SuitU is quite an unforgiving game for f2p players; given the fact that they cannot afford many clothing pieces. however, the overall game experience is rather fun and enjoyable, so if you do not mind spending money, you should definitely give SuitU a try.

Dear stylist, the login rewards was originally intended to provide players with an extra "supply" for their first time participating in the gacha event. Gacha flashback is mainly to provide a way for new players who have not yet obtained the props or veteran players who have not collected all the props to obtain them. To maintain resource and value balance, developers may not consider resetting the login rewards for the time being. For the other events, if you have any avice, you can share your detailed ideas via in-game CS center. The relevant staff will review feedbacks for reference. Ensuring players' good gaming experience has always been our goal. Thanks for your support.

Really sad at what the game has become

I have been playing for about half a year and yes as what others have said, you need money for this game. I myself have spent a lot on this game; which is my choice and I’m fine with it for a lot of the things. However, more and more things keep getting added that does not make sense and forces you to spend more especially the gem track that was just introduced. Also, some competitions require you to buy items with gems from whichever pack it’s promoting if not you cannot participate at all. In the past the required items could be purchased with coins. The game is getting too greedy and it’s really offputting to fix and add other things when some things are still not fixed or our suggestions are not listened to :(

I tried both, it says Failed to login with the third-party account. I have to restart everything! I was so devastated. I tried contacting customer service, not sure they received it or not. Hoping a reply from them and get my account back 😭😭 I was already at level 59 😭😭😭

For the login issue, you can first try switching WiFi or mobile data connections, or selecting different VPN connection points to see if it works. I didn’t receive any tickets after voting. I deleted the app and then, i couldn’t login. I remember i did linked my account but couldn’t remember which one.
