Sometimes when I try to open KakaoTalk, the app freezes and becomes unresponsive. It also takes a long time to load new messages, so I often have to exit and re-enter the app to get it working again. When I tap on a new message notification, instead of taking me directly to the group chat, it only shows the main page with a large empty space at the top.
Include a feature to restore downloaded themes

Kakao has always been my favourite messaging app with it's prompt message deliveries, cute font, themes and emoticons. However, I notice that whenever there is a change in mobile device, the themes that were previously downloaded are usually not saved. I do hope for a feature that would be able to restore our previously downloaded themes so we don’t have to go through the hassle of searching for them and downloading them again. Other than that, I really love using Kakao as my messaging app. Thank you!
I hope you guys add Kakaopay for overseas user too

😥😥 even we can’t open a kakaobank overseas but at least let us have the function to transfer money over. It would be so much easier you will also reach out to the wider market in economy 😭😭😭 it is so tough when we want to transfer money. And user of payment only has kakaobank and only via kakaopay

i have a family of 4, including my wheelchair bound grandfather i needed to use kakao to use the credit card option for kakaot (the taxi app) so after downloading and making an account, i tried to add in my credit cardBUT i couldn't add in a credit card or use any of the payment services because i had to be a korean citizen and put in a social security number which i obviously dont have.This app gave me so much trouble and i couldn't even book a single general taxi on kakaot because majority of taxis are under the kakao app hence making it useless to even try to book a taxi. This forced me to attempt to hail an endless barrage of rejections from taxi drivers, and since i could not use the app, it forced me to transport my wheelchair bound grandfather on a not friendly disabled-person transport system
