Why can’t I see the weighted average cost and then profit/loss for the same stock on the same page? Last time can... and when I click a specific stock to see it’s weighted average cost, the entire list of stocks show up again and I have to scroll again to get to that specific stock I had wanted more info on in my holdings

FSMONE was the first trading app I ever used, and I thought it was decent until I decided to try another trading app. I found that many times, I failed to sell my stocks for a long time even when the trading prices already reached the sell price that I set. I thought this was normal cos “I was behind in queue”, but then when I used a new app, I never had this problem ever. As I have the opportunity to compare the price changes between this app and the other app, I realised that the prices shown in this app lagged the other app in both the Sg and US markets, even though I was supposed to have “live prices” activated for my account. Furthermore, other apps allow the setting of “stop loss” selling prices and other conditional purchase/selling decisions that this app doesn’t allow. I’d say that this app gives you a greater risk exposure due to the inability to make these decisions, especially when the market is moving when you’re engaged with other stuff.All in all, I’ll say go and try a different app. Currently I’m using tiger brokers and loving it!

Stupid and Confusing UI

I’ve lost money due to the confusing user experience in the app. The whole new revamp for the app/UI is just another big failure, I’ve accidentally sold my stock due to unclear instruction and UI. Buy and Sell toggle is too hard to spot on and always return to sell when I accidentally close the page. The system doesn’t even prompt me when I’m selling my stocks and straight away sold it. Lost 20% of my stocks just because of your lousy UI.TLDR; guys stick to the web version if you don’t want to accidental make a wrong transition like me.

During trading hours, please refer to the live trading portfolio found under Stocks & ETFs. We offer real-time prices for SGX, or for HKEX as well if you have the entitled market data permissions; hence your live trading portfolio unrealised profit/loss shown here will be timely.
