Movies/Shows/GMA None of them can play. We are paying for the subscription, and yet we can’t use it! Restart, Reinstall and everything. Still can’t use! Really frustrating and bad this time!

What the heck. Keeps on lagging. I’m paying with so much trouble. I can’t even watch the shows I want. I had to close the app and open yet still don’t work. I had to restart my phone yet still the same. I had to remove and reinstall the app. I don’t know if it will work this time. Super super bad.

Their service is poor. I encountered multiple login issues and the stream is pixelated and low-quality. In addition, they do not provide updates when customers encounter issues with their platform.
