App is kinda good. Im a little a week into it,but have billed twice. Tried refunding the bigger amount but was refunded the smaller one. Tried mobile and desktop for help,but just couldnt get anybody. Let me know if anybody can help.

Able to do most things on the go except input and track supplier bills

The app has been mostly great with providing reports, invoicing, tracking trade receivables, managing products and services and tracking expenses. Even the Chart of Accounts can be adjusted on the go. Invoice design is not as flexible as desktop version, but works decent enough.One pet peeve for me, though, is that the phone app doesn’t allow keying in if supplier invoices, and we can’t see supplier balances on the go. This forces the user to go back to the web browser just to manage trade payables.Would be great if that last feature can be added in to make it really an all-in-one app.
Mobile QuickBooks lacks versatility and ease of use vs. desktop

While using the mobile version of QuickBooks today, I encountered a few key limitations compared to the desktop version. Firstly, I was unable to open an existing invoice to proceed with recording a payment, which disrupted the workflow significantly. Additionally, when creating a new invoice via the mobile app, the system did not automatically generate or sequence the invoice reference number based on the desktop’s numbering convention. These issues highlight that the mobile version lacks some essential functionality and consistency, making it less practical for handling invoices on the go.

Bug when exporting invoices

There is a bug when exporting invoices. 1) I exported an invoice as PDF2) Realised I made a mistake so I went back to the invoice to edit it3) Re-exported the invoice as PDF with the new changes4) The saved PDF does not reflect the new changes in the invoice and still shows the first versionI can only solve this problem by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. This leads me to believe that the app is saving the first version of the invoice somewhere in its app data. But after making changes to it, the first version is not overwritten, so it still exports the PDF as the first version. I also realised that if I change the invoice number, the invoice will export with the new changes, no problem. But the moment I use the same invoice number as the first version, it will refuse to reflect the updated changes.Exporting the same invoice on a computer via the Quickbooks webpage does not have this issue. Please fix.
