Whenever I tried to vote, they'd log me out of the app and even when I changed the password, they wouldn't let me back into my own account. I had to try so many times before they let me log in and vote but once I leave the app, they log me out again. Not to mention, it is useless to ask fans and netizens to vote if all mnet is going to do is rig the system, especially when a group which had been leading the votes for days suddenly dropped in rank and end up not winning. Although I understand it could be the companies paying them to do this, I just felt the need to point it out.
Video ad close button unable to press easily

Whenever I submit a vote for an artist, I am required to watch one video advertisement. But the problem is when the advertisement is finished, the close button is at the very corner of my phone screen making it hard for me to exit it, even when in reachability mode. It takes many finger tapping for it to close. I hope that the team will take a look into this.
Lagging

Tried to vote for mama awards but it has been lagging for many consecutive days. (Lag as in note allowing me to vote, and stopping at the 5 second count down before allowing you to vote.) The first two days when I first started voting worked. After that it lagged every time even when my wifi is good. Hence, I was wondering if you pick a group that’s not suppose to win the app registers you vote and make it lag really bad. Hope my suspicions are wrong…

BTS Suga is the ONLY member who was removed from the birthday vote for their respective month, and this will not be tolerated. MNET has refused to answer the thousands of demands and inquiries from fans, and is ignoring our requests to include him into the 2026 March Birthday Vote, despite him being present in this voting category for every other year and winning in 2025. Please add SUGA back into the vote immediately.
