Disappointed with the bug

Love playing this game but currently there's a bug. It keeps on saying 'need to download additional resources' and won't let me play. I hope they will solve this soon!

Additional feedback: based on my experience, once the Rowan Scrapbook is completed, even though there is an option to re-start the scrapbook, there is no way I could complete the scrapbook again. The system will drastically reduce the card level or doesn’t give any card at all for completed orders. Eg. The same order that gives a 4-star card last time will now be a 2 star card, or the orders don’t give ANY card at all; thus making it impossible to complete the scrapbook again. This is not only unfair but totally takes out the satisfaction of accomplishment. Quite disappointed as the system is so obviously rigged. ———————————————-I enjoyed this game and am also a buying mainly the VIP passes and the biweekly 3000 energies. However, please improve on the no. of outputs generated from a generator. Eg. Average 60 energies used to merge to a generator. But it only generates a measly 5 pieces. Out of these 5 pieces, it is further split into 2 separate categories each with 7, 10 different levels of items (to be merged into). You can imagine how many thousands of energies are required just to fulfill an order. It is getting so tedious and ridiculous. I actually don’t mind spending $50 monthly to enjoy a game. But from the way this game is laid out (if you want to fulfill orders, participate and COMPLETE the daily goals), will need to spend much much more. Please consider reducing the tediousness. I’ll like to continue playing this game because of the enjoyment but not having to spend hundreds per month.

The contest prizes can be better

I’ve been for at least 6 months now and still enjoying the game. The content keeps refreshing with different mini games, in game contests, what I didn’t like is the game will keep making you merge Level 10 or 11 items which will exhaust a lot of energies. (And this is one order after another! 😡) and for contest wise, the big prize is miserly. If I spent 1000 of energies playing or even spend money on the game, I would expect better prizes or not take part in the contest at all.

Gossip Harbour is better.

Unlike Gossip Harbour, this don’t have the x4 booster as a default as you level up - unless your energy is above 300++. The x2 booster is exhausting honestly especially when the item is higher level. It’d take me days to complete an order. And it’s a domino effect really.. Constructions take longer to complete because it’s not just coins required - it’s the extra tools too which can only get via completed order. Events are also harder to complete because less order = less tools / points for events. Other pros is x8 booster is available only if your energy is more than 500+ I think. The gems at its max level packs a punch but the energy also costs more. I camp on their fb page for free 25 energy, they give away everyday if you like and follow their page. I’m at level 85. Idk if I want to keep up playing this one. I enjoyed gossip Harbor, this one not so much.
