This game is fun, no regrets downloading but..when we are fighting bosses, during events, I believe we deserve more turn to fight back and not the bosses, please make a change. Also, maybe try to add some male characters? I’m looking forward to male characters too!! :)

I have been playing this game for approximately two months. Having previously experienced numerous other gacha games, I find that this one is particularly aggressive in its promotion of spending on game packages. New events and banners are introduced almost weekly, encouraging players to spend money frequently. In contrast to other gacha games where I accumulated resources over the course of months, this game can lead to significant expenditures in just a few days or weeks, often without realizing the extent of the spending until it becomes overwhelming.Initially, I enjoyed the game; however, the burden of spending has begun to overshadow the enjoyment. I encountered two major issues during my gameplay. The first issue involved the loss of my initial account due to a binding problem. Despite reaching out to customer support, the instructions provided were ineffective, forcing me to create a new account. Additionally, their response time is quite slow, taking about two business days, and they do not address inquiries over the weekend.The second issue arose after one of their updates. I used both the iPhone and Steam platforms for gameplay, but I faced unresolved payment processing problems on Steam. Despite my efforts to get help, I have not received any follow-up regarding this issue. Overall, the support provided is lacking.
