I like the game and SV1, but the new SV is just so horrendous in it's monetization. 5x cost of packs, bad card liquidation, daily packs that don't count to pity. The meta itself is bad, with only the same few decks being played. Games don't reach late game, everyone just goes face, quite a braindead game in it's current state.

Worst monetisation in 10 years

Making players to spend on packs is going to drive this game downhill. The packs costs 5x of what the original shadowverse was. In addition liquefying cards becomes harder now with less amount and you also need to have extras. I don't mind the monetisation for cosmetics and avatars. I have spent zero in the previous shadowverse for packs but spent hundreds on leaders and sleeves. This game cannot go competitive if you expect competitive players to throw money into packs and not be able to complete every deck of their liking.PS: App store does filtering of 1* reviews. I submitted this as 5* instead.

heard lots of complain such as non-F2P , cant complete decks on day one , dusting issue , low winrate bla bla bla. TOTAL BS.Im F2P. started 3weeks ago. i dont get to play all decks but im able to craft any 1 complete deck i wan now. Winrate is 60% unlike others. aesthetically nicer. lots of free stuff and events toi. now is a good time to join because 1 of the top tier deck is super easy to craft and not that hard to play. if you hate this game , im sry to say you probably svcks at other ccg as well. maybe card games arent for you.

1. Not F2P friendly.2. Game is not balanced, you have the whole ranked system using the same class once they know it’s a better deck. Dev’s can’t be bothered to even address this in the old shadowverse and the new one. You want it balanced? Add feature where you can’t continuously only using one class in ranked and arrange the match up where players don’t face the same class 5 times in a row.3. The lobby is monotonous, where guess what? No other variation of the gameplay is available. Don’t even talk about the avatar, shadowverse doesn’t really put much thought into the character design and all.
