This app is phenomenal. I’ve been looking for an app like this for ages and I’ve finally found this. This app is made by James Clear (author of Atomic Habits) so I knew this would be a great app. It has so many amazing features like being able to build a streak for my habits which make sure I feel intrinsically motivated to carry out the habit every day to build the streak. It also has this feature where you can have accountability partners which makes it so much more fun. Strongly recommend people who are serious about changing their lives to download this app.

Interesting, but needs improvement

Really like this app because it helps me visualise my progress in forming a new, positive identity! However, when it comes to accountability, users will never know their partners’ recent progress; as of now, I can only see my partners’ overall progress, rather than the details.It would be helpful to have a feature to check their recent progress, and to nudge them if they are falling behind. Overall, really innovative and one of the better apps out there for habit-tracking.
