Great game but some part can be improved.

Game was great overall, but the new 2 ads in 1 thing is annoying, it has a high tendency to say ‘failed to watch the ad’ even after I watched 2 ads, then it simply just don’t load the rewards that I’m supposed to receive after watching ads. Hope it can be improved.

As its title - is mainly on luck, but boy oh boy luck is not on your side unfortunately.Great cute graphics and mechanics.You will somehow come to a brick wall at wave 30 or just starting out from level 1-8 and it makes you lose interest pretty quick. On a good average you will only last until wave 30ish.Here’s the brick wall - you need money to upgrade your units and it’s hard to come by.You’ll get gems sure but I only use it for specific units in the shop. The meta seems to be upgrading EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE. Can’t go for specifics as your luck is low LOW or for specific meta mythic characters.Heck in game 60% for luck for blue spawns seems like a 15% - I’ve never played a game with 60% success rate as bad as this and I’ve played plenty. Even crafting in Now you’ll be facing every game until wave 30ish and won’t progress much. Anddddd you’ll get bored. So you probably need to spend a lot to jump the entry to middle part of the game.So now you’ll be like me, turn it on for dailies play a game or two and that’s it.Review is based on 4 players but mostly down to 1 (me) still persistent. The others gave up early at level 5-6 haha

Worst support team. Random ban without giving an explanation and proof

My experience with Lucky Defense has been extremely negative. I was permanently banned with a generic explanation citing "manipulation of game data," "use of illegal programs," "exploiting bugs," and "unsportsmanlike conduct." These accusations are unfounded. I play exclusively on a single iPhone and have never used any unauthorized software or exploits.Many players were banned around the same time, their discord is filled with screenshots and questions that went unanswered.Contacting support proved futile. I received a canned, automated response that failed to address my specific situation or offer any form of investigation. It's clear the support system is inadequate and does not provide genuine assistance to players facing bans.Given the lack of due process and the unresponsive support. The risk of an arbitrary ban without recourse makes players think twice before spending time and money on it.A simple review of server logs would easily verify my claims, but the developers have shown no interest in addressing legitimate player concerns.

Big glitch because of new update?

Made a new account after the recent update and for some reason i cant unlock achievements and recruitments. I have made and played through 5 new accounts and didn’t unlock it even though I should have unlocked it in the beginning. Without it I cant make any progression lol. I think this should be fixed ASAP or else new players will seriously struggle. Still a big fan of this game so 3 stars.

Big glitch because of new update?

Made a new account after the recent update and for some reason i cant unlock achievements and recruitments. I have made and played through 5 new accounts and didn’t unlock it even though I should have unlocked it in the beginning. Without it I cant make any progression lol. I think this should be fixed ASAP or else new players will seriously struggle. Still a big fan of this game so 3 stars.
