I had similar issues recently as mentioned by one of the users. The series were really interesting and funny so I decided to subscribe. But one fine day it just stopped loading and the app kept prompting error with internet connection. I contacted customer support and they didn’t even give an explanation as detailed as the one I saw from the developer on this page. I was unwilling to reinstall the apps as I am not sure if I would lose the records of the series I have been following. But recently I saw a series that I was really interested in and decided to try reinstalling. It still didn’t work. So I have paid for VIP but cannot watch any of the series. There was no service recovery when I contacted customer support. And now, I still can’t watch any of the series… this is frustrating!

DONT USE THIS APP! Pay other apps!!! Super bad experience with a 20+ dollar per week subscription…First of all, there are not many series on it.Secondly, many of the series are not complete with the stories not being finished… at the beginning, I thought those series were still updating, but some days past by, they were not updating… which means those series are just not complete, and this is a trap for people to just pay for the subscription.It’s expensive with 20+ dollar per weekly subscription… and this is what we are getting?) this is scam

Only can watch when connected to WiFi. Unable to see downloaded episodes, it will show nothing is been downloaded after the app was killed background and when you relaunch the app. However from the phone settings can see that the storage is utilized that implies the content is within the phone but can’t be access via the download features.
