I logged into Episode one day only to find out that all my progress was lost. I had to start from the beginning again, where I was told to choose from these two stories: The K*ss List and Love Life. Every story I read has been reset as well, but I don’t recall using the “Replay” button on any of these stories. I tried to restore my data by logging into my account, but it says it hasn’t been associated with the game.What’s worse is that every time I close the app and open it again, it says the same thing and every book I read has been reset again, even though I just started reading them. I just keep losing my progress every time no matter how much I read.Was I banned? I didn’t create any stories nor say anything offensive in the forums. If this was just a bug, please respond back fast after you see this and retrieve my data back... I’m still giving this game 5 stars as I’m sure you’ll get to the bottom of this and because I love this game very much.

I love this app so much! It is one of my favourite so far..! I enjoyed reading all different kinds of stories. But I would appreciate if you did not make us wait so long for the passes to be refilled. I would also love to create my very own story in a phone but I can’t because it only allows computers which is upsetting me! I had a lot of ideas in mind but can’t create a story because I don’t have a computer. Could you also put a tick icon next to the story where you could decide whether you had read it or not instead of restoring your account back just to continue reading the story you had last read it. It is because I had bought a new phone and had forgotten my old password so I can’t restore! Please update it! Overall, this game is very fun! I really reccomend all of you people to play it. I saw an ad in this app and wanted to download it. I played this game in another device and it was only ok. I wanted to give Episode another chance so downloaded it and played. The thing is, I have to wait 2 hours for tickets to play. And gems are really expensive for someone who doesn’t pay for games. For example every chapter I complete I get 2 gems. But the chapter itself has the total cost more than 50 gems as most premium options cost 29 or 19 gems. The storyline of each book is amazing and I love how I am able to choose and personalise my own character in each story. My heart sinks whenever I cannot afford the premium options and disappoint the other characters. The book I tried were about reality live shows and there are always bullies there. Some options are something like stand up to them or just ignore. I really want to stand up for myself and other characters the bully had bullied in the storyline. I hope that the team can either increase the number of gems earned by complete by each chapter, give some gems at the beginning to help the player or decrease the amount of gems for each premium option. Overall, I think that this is a great game, however, for someone like me who doesn’t want to spend real money on games, it’s a little hard to enjoy myself while playing this game because most of the time , I had to choose unpaid option that usually disappointed the other characters. To read the stories, I had to use tickets that had to be bought or I would have to wait for more than two hours just to read two stories. I personally feel that this is a little stingy and kinda takes the fun out of this game. I believe that this game is about having choice and players Connor pick for themselves because of these reasons which defeats the purpose of this game.
