Energy is the main issue here, though grinding for development materials and other level up materials is much more grindy since the energy regeneration is abysmally bad after around you hit user level 11.Other than that, except for all the EX attacks of EX units, almost every single animation is reused from Cross Rays. Might be due to the people behind the scenes not wanting to make enough of an effort to create new animations since there’s already existing animations to rip from and players who are not hardcore fans won’t even know about it, or to reduce the number of animators needed to turn over more profit.Gacha system is probably the worst part of this game, and it’s best advised to reroll for the maximum amount of UR units and get the UR units you want so you can avoid spending using real money if you’re tight on cash. Get at least Exia and Sazabi/Freedom from the free SSR+ ticket and the UR tickets before your guaranteed UR reroll on the permanent banner. For the reroll banner, go for as many SSRs as you can with the UR you want. Delete user data and redo everything if you don’t get everything needed, it’s worth the time. It’s definitely F2P friendly if you’re either not going to spend a lot of time on the game, are smart with your resources, or you don’t feel the need to get all the exclusive items from events.Stay safe, play free, and spend only when you have disposable income on hand and you’ve thought and chosen to go through with the choice of purchasing something in game with cash at least 10 times.

I think for a free game, we’ve gotten great content. It’s like that there are constant updates, and the freebies have served early players well. I have got more than multiple URs as well as an excellent number of SSR suits, supporters and pilots, cleared all of the storyline missions within 2 months without spending. To get top scores in events is still a little hard, but finishing the events as well as getting 150k+ scores in Master League is good enough. Not really P2W unless you’re hardcore competitive who wants to get top 10%.

I think for a free game, we’ve gotten great content. It’s like that there are constant updates, and the freebies have served early players well. I have got more than multiple URs as well as an excellent number of SSR suits, supporters and pilots, cleared all of the storyline missions within 2 months without spending. To get top scores in events is still a little hard, but finishing the events as well as getting 150k+ scores in Master League is good enough. Not really P2W unless you’re hardcore competitive who wants to get top 10%.
