Technical Problems and App cannot be used at all

Made a one year subscription. However, after less than 2 months of using Pingo AI, there were major technical problems where the app get stuck and could not be used at all for learning. It hung and could not be used at all. This is even after multiple tries to delete and reinstall the app. An email was sent to the support team, but there was no response at all. Felt that this was a scam to get people to subscribe to an app that could not even work properly. No technical support at all and could not reach out to anyone to request for a refund for the non-functioning app. Unethnical company practice, if this is even a proper organisation.

The app does not check on what you speak, and does not correct you when you’re incorrect. I purposely say something incorrect but it was not picked up. Don’t waste time, you can go ahead and validate my statement.
