Boring, Pay-to-Win, and Got Banned After Asking for a Legit Refund

MapleStory Idle looked promising at first, but it quickly became one of the most boring and repetitive mobile games I’ve played. The gameplay is basically just watching numbers go up. There’s no real challenge, no story, and it all boils down to one thing: spend money or fall behind.They clearly expect players to keep paying endlessly just to stay relevant. Progress slows to a crawl unless you throw money at every little system — and even then, it doesn’t feel satisfying. There’s no real purpose, no fun, just grind and paywalls.To make it worse, my son accidentally made unauthorized purchases, and when I asked for a refund for just those charges (not the ones I made myself), they straight-up banned my account. No warning, no discussion — just gone. I had spent real money on the game myself, but that didn’t matter.Customer service was completely unhelpful. It feels like they care more about squeezing money out of players than building a decent experience.Avoid this game unless you enjoy throwing money at a broken system with no payoff.

iPad 9 keep on crashing. Each time it crashes after I did some [action] but clicking on menu like eg: character, equipment, skills or others etc. it will crashed and I need to restart the game. But I still love the game. Settings always low
