Owl got a full redesign, and got faster. Every screen has been rebuilt: new colours chosen for real readability, much bigger type where it matters, and a verdict you can read at arm's length. Light mode is fixed properly and everything respects Reduce Motion. Scans are about twice as fast, and you choose. There's a new Quick / Thorough switch under the scanner. Quick is the default and gives you an answer in a few seconds. Thorough waits for every check to finish. Most people should leave it on Quick. Your first AI image checks are free. Spot Fake used to be Pro only. Now everyone gets 5 free checks of the AI image detector, no subscription and no account. UPI payment QR codes are properly checked. Owl now validates the payee ID, the amount and the payment format before you pay, and shows you exactly who you're about to send money to. If anything looks wrong, it says so. You can delete your account from inside the app. My Safety, the menu on the Watch card, Delete account. It removes your account and every address you're monitoring from our servers straight away. A clearer answer on Spot Fake. The result leads with your image and a plain verdict. If something looks fake, Owl tells you what to do next. We also fixed a case where a strong AI detection could be overruled by the image's own metadata. Also: My Safety opens ready to use, and Pro users are no longer signed out of Owl's Watch at random.
