Each stays fully separate • Connect with partner companies for shared chats, with external messages clearly marked • Set your status and a short signature, so colleagues know when you're in a meeting or away APPROVALS AND SITES • Handle expense and purchase approvals on the go • Team sites: project pages, trackers and customer lists everyone keeps up to date SPACES • Company files and sites live in one folder tree, shown by department and permission • Share a link inside your company only, or add a password for people outside • Mark important files preview-only, watermarked, or download-by-approval BRING YOUR OWN AI • Choose your AI from a list and follow the setup steps shown for it • Your AI can read messages, draft replies and follow up as you, with your permissions or fewer.
