Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same duration at the same price as the initial period chosen. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your MEGA subscription no later than 24 hours before your next subscription payment is due, via your Apple account settings page.

App permissions (optional):
Contacts: MEGA accesses your contacts so you can add them from your device.
Microphone: MEGA accesses your microphone when you capture a video, make a call or record voice messages inside the app.
Camera: MEGA accesses your camera when you capture a video or photo or make a call inside the app.
Face ID: MEGA accesses Face ID to allow you to easily unlock the app's passcode when you enable this option.
Local network: MEGA accesses your local network so you can place and receive calls through devices that are on the same Wi-Fi or other local network.
Location: MEGA accesses your location when you share it with your contacts in chat.
Add photos to photo library: MEGA accesses your photo library to add photos and videos to your device gallery.
Photo library usage: MEGA accesses your photos and videos when you upload them, share them through the chat and when camera uploads are enabled.

Please bring back the video strolling features. i just switch to iphone 15 pro max, previously using iphone xs and there is the video strolling effect, like when you touch and slide at any part of the screen, left or right to forward or rewind the videos, up and down to adjust brightness and volume. Or is it not optimise for iphone 15 pro max yet?And also please if possible have an option for a 1tb storage subscription. Thankss..

Can not remove downloaded files in the app

Access to the Mega cloud is fast.But Once files are downloaded (if you choose to download file content to the iPad locally), the app does not have a way to remove the downloaded content to free up the storage space in the iPad.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. The files defined as Offline, are saved in the cache of the app, so you can remove it to free that local space. Found out the hard way that buying storage plans is like buying separate products. Picture this. If you want a little more space, you buy the Lite. Then u realise heck I need more, so you buy the next tier up. You’d think you’re only being charged for the upgrade right? NOPE. I was charged for TWO plans at the same time monthly for like a few months until I finally noticed and cancelled the lower tier one. If you’ve recently “upgraded” to a new storage plan, be warned. Double check your payments immediately. When you purchase the higher tier, make sure you terminate the older one immediately as well.
