Unable to connect after free trial

Performance in mainland China is very very poor. 1 out of probably 50 tries give one connection and that connection can't even get me to Gmail. Tried to contact support team and their suggestions did not make it better.Tried to ask for refund and was not given a reply, although it says "we will get back to you in one hour". Very very disappointed for this PAID service.

Not Free and Slow to connect

Not free and very slow to connect. Worst is that it does not allow you to choose which VPN server to connect and always to your home country that the service is blocked. Should have a option to EXCLUDE the home country.
