Deleting issue

This app is wonderful and I really enjoy it a lot. But I am facing two issues now. Sometimes after editing and keep it under Draft mode it auto deleted my video file. Currently I have two files I wanted to delete but everytime when I click delete tap it will prompt that the video is loading and can’t delete now when in the first place the files are already not in use and videos not found. Please help. Thank you so much once again!

Problem with trimming the music

I love this apps but there is one issue which till now that I can’t solve or figure it out. It’s the trimming of the music video. It was used to be easy to do it but not now! Whenever I drag the music to a certain timing which I desire for it to start the music video, there is no sound coming out of it unless you have to start the music from the beginning. It doesn’t make sense. If we can’t use the application available, then there is no point of having it in the first place! To be fair, there are many interesting applications which I can use but this one really gets on my nerves! If this problem can be solved, I will give this apps a 5 star!

This is a good app I should say, but not sure why recently the uploaded images are blurry. I have also paid a sum of money to have the viva logo removed . It works for a while but recently the logo appears again. Why? Didn’t I already paid for it ??? This is really annoying.Update:Thanks for developer respond to my review. The deleting the app and reinstalling works. However all my old videos are gone, I can’t remember what I used to log in also. Kind of sad. But I add in one more star cos this developer really bother about our feedback and render assistance. It will definitely a 5 Star app if not for this issue.
