Addictive but slightly disappointing
I have played this game several times but, not gonna lie, is addictive but there could be a few improvements made.
First of all, it seems quite desperate to get you to pay. Unlike most games, it has two currencies. Energy and Cash. But the game can charge you for the Energy by giving you infinite energy for around $5. Basically they made Cash too important. Maybe its not wrong but I find it low key annoying
Secondly, I hate Energy because you would have to wait an hour+ and then use all up and you have to wait again. And that means, progress in the game is slow, encouraging you to spend money on the game.
Thirdly, the gameplay is frustrating because if you know football like me, the players in the game seem to run into the out of bounds area and do other dumb stuff. The gameplay feels weird. Score!Match is better imo because it feels more natural like for example, when the ball deflects, you can still score and feels more like a football game.
Overall, it feels weird and doesn’t feel like a football game. To me its more of a puzzle game that is football themed. So if you are looking for a puzzle game to play once a while, play Score!Hero
