Kidslox requires an internet connection to operate
If a device has already been set up with an education or business MDM profile (Mobile Device Management) then you will not be able to add Kidslox unless you remove the original profile.
I manage my children phone and I love how I can customise which app they can use at what time and is super useful. I do wish to be able to know which app they used while the child mode or parent mode is on for their phones . There are times I have to on parent mode due to the permissions and when in child mode even though a certain app is whitelisted , my child is unable to play citing connection issues however internet is up and running. This happens on Samsung phone . So to solve this I have to on parent mode for them. And sometimes I do forget to off the parent mode so it will be great to give end of day summary what apps has been used in parent and child mode so I can track.

Paid $70 to use as I wanted to control child's screen time but when I wanted to pair my child's phone it became the parent and my phone was still the parent too. Tried so many times. When I pressed I'm a child on my child's phone, it told me to enter password?? When I entered password it went into parent's account. Not child's account so could not set time limit at all. Instructions were also unclear and kept on telling you to install profile in settings. The ai thing in the app to help you also horrible. It just kept saying sorry can't answer that question. Would not recommend. Completely lousy app. Who even came up with this?? Would give 0 stars. 😡😡😡 Stop scamming moneyIf you're using apple then would rather use apple screen time in the settings free and easy to use.

Good but still needs improvement

First of all, the app is good. It is able to control my screen time efficiently and I am still able to use many essential apps after my screen time is over. Examples are Messages, Phone etc. However, there are areas for improvement. Whenever my screen time is over, all my apps just disappear and when I get additional time, all my apps suddenly reappear and are reshuffled into a mess. For example, all my games are everywhere instead of being in a folder. In a nutshell, I think it is a very good app if all the issues are taken care of

Lousiest app which make no sense

This is the lousiest control app, it doesnt work at all. Child can work around by changing the mode on the apps on the child phone itself which defeat the purposes. I have to delete the kidslox app on child phone to avoid my kid to use the phone on shut down period. Then another problem come when deleting the app on child phone. It keep prompting to update app ok kids phone. And i have to reinstall to update. After update, apps keep prompting error when i try to change mode or select items not allow during shut down. It is fustrating. I rather use apple screen time which is easier. Email support which is not very helpful and not very useful as they do not offer any good alternative solutions.
