New version is poor
I’ve been using the app for years and it was great, easy, traceable with all data to check, chat and amend. After last month upgrade (Jul2022) all the records are gone, no chat, even with re-login and issue raised to customer services.
Worst laundry service in sg.
They did nothing to answer yr call, email & feedback through app. They damaged my expensive curtains & refused to compensate & went ahead to use chemicals to remove when u told them not to. They used permanent markers and wrote on the curtains without asking & told me that’s what they do all the time. Can u accept they wrote your name, address on your items which can’t be removed? And still claimed that no one can see it when you hang up the curtains back. Their service staff & business owners blocked me through every channels to try to reach them.
You will regret if you use their service! Terrible business that should shut down! I reported to CASE & they did not even take any action against them.
Overall trustable.
First time using this app and service. I was worried but never try never know. Booking of laundry service was very smooth. Customer service on the app was very prompt in replying too. Really appreciate that. Good experience. However, my mattress topper came back with some black marks. Not sure what they are but it is washed clean and smells good. Highly recommend. :)
