Registration problem
Ive been told to register on this app but when putting my phone number, the app hang with a loading screen and i did waited for almost half an hour and still the same pls pls do something or update the app.
Forever Loading Screen
I happened to be logged out of my app recently, and when trying to log in again, the screen loads forever and just hangs. I’ve tried resetting the app, my phone as well as changing the password. None works. Called the helpline on the website and was given the advise to turn off private relay on my iCloud settings but to no avail. Fortunately staff on the line were very helpful and nice to remotely open the gym doors for me else I would have made a wasted trip due to faulty app.
PLEASE UPDATE IT OTHERWISE THE GYM IS INACCESSIBLE
IOS solution with page loading and black out
If u are facing page loading and black out with IOS, you can go to settings -> iCloud -> Private Relay (off it), problem will be solved.
