Personal Loan highlights:

• Loan Amount: Minimum: ₹ 50,000 and Maximum (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Repayment Tenure: (36 months(Min)) to (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.


For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.

Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.

The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.

Verification failed for NRE customers

Recently encountered multiple login opening error then I deleted app and installed again but unable to using after as verification SMS failed. Please look into new update whether any issues.

Validation for Maximum character for Account number field

Why so weird validation. What is the maximum account number length for icici bank. May be need to check the virtual account length as well. ICICI bank virtual account length can be more than 12 char, as in my case it was 17 char. You have 2 fields, Account number and Re-enter Account number. Max length allowed for Account number field is 12 char, where as Re-enter allow to key in more than 20 char also. Bcoz of this useless validation of 12 char length, i am not able to add the desired destination Icici bank account number.
Dont need to see which virtual account has 17 char, its the client account with Wazirx app. Hope you can fix the length issue atleast to be consistent. Reply to this if the issue is fixed.

The worst mobile experience

Your SMS to approve a transaction does not arrive. So have to request a call. The call does not work unless connected to wifi. And so after connecting to wifi, the call takes 20 seconds to show up leaving 10 seconds to enter. What a disgraceful indifference to customer experience, especially NRI where it takes longer for your call to connect. It is a pity that there is no score lower than 1. Your service would deserve something much lower than 1.

May I suggest you spend a few minutes checking how SBI or HDFC offer flawless experience?
